• Critical role in growing and evolving the app as the 5th engineer • Work with high autonomy and speed through end-to-end product development cycle • Significant input into norms and tools to create high performing engineering team • Work cross-functionally with product designers, creative designers, character animators, and founders • Thought partner in building a proud product, company, and culture
Requirements
• 5+ years experience building consumer products for mobile or full-stack environments • Product-centric mindset and pride in building experiences people love to use • Ability to quickly derisk new ideas and develop new product experiences • Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs • Experience running A/B experiments and making data-informed decisions • Familiarity with best practices in engineering for mobile apps and web • Enjoy disentangling messy problems into elegant solutions • Ability to work at least 6 hours within specified coordination hours • Nice to haves: Experience developing Flutter mobile apps, Experience working on products in wellness or gaming industry
