🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer • Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready • Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones(Nice to have) • Prior experience working in a startup(Nice to have) • Prior experience in designing for business workflow products(Nice to have) • Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping • Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
