📋 Description

• help Octave to create a new standard for mental health care • responsible for finding ways to acquire, activate, refer, and retain clients • work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams • synthesize and prioritize the needs of clients and internal teams • create, optimize, and iterate on acquisition, onboarding, and retention funnels • be an expert on connecting the dots between channels, campaigns, and client experience • partner with analytics and marketing to identify growth opportunities • lead a team of engineers, designers, and operations teammates • apply best practices for customer engagement and retention • define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment and iterate quickly • communicate plans, learnings, and results to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management or Growth at a marketplace company • proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis • experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with excellent and precise communication • experience building analytics visuals for communication aids • operational mindset • strong communication skills, written and verbal • comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic startup environment • comfort collaborating with a distributed team • passion for our mission
