β’ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our clients. β’ Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions. β’ Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. β’ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate selection. β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements and define job requirements and expectations. β’ Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals. β’ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. β’ Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices. β’ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition. β’ Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the management team.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. β’ Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques. β’ Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. β’ Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively. β’ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. β’ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. β’ Have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
