• FinFit was established in 2008 and services over 500,000 organizations across the United States. • Seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead our collections team. • Oversee daily collection activities and implement strategies to reduce delinquency. • Provide coaching and support to team members. • Strong leadership skills and understanding of collections processes required.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Collections in a banking environment with 5 years in management • Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA) • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong data analytics skills • Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Ability to develop and implement collection strategies • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Bilingual skills preferred
