• 5+ years of experience building web applications, capable of scoping and shipping products independently. • Focus on delivering outcomes and using the right tools for the job rather than building for the sake of it. • Enjoy working with Business, Design, and Product teams, stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and value diverse perspectives. • Thrive in designing for multiple stakeholders (borrowers, lenders, banks) and source systems, with a long-term mindset. • Passionate about recruiting, training, and mentoring engineers at Finley.
