📋 Description
• Deine Aufgabe als Remote Telesales Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) ist es, potenzielle Kunden von unseren Produkten zu begeistern und Termine für unser Vertriebsteam zu vereinbaren. • Du kümmerst dich um die Ansprache von Steuerberatungskanzleien in Österreich oder Deutschland. • Die öffentlichen Kontaktdaten werden dir durch unser Sales Operations Team in unserem CRM-System (Hubspot) bereitgestellt. • Dein Ziel ist es, bei den Kunden ein erstes Interesse für unsere Produkte zu wecken und Termine für das Vertriebsteam zu vereinbaren. • Du übernimmst die Pflege und Verwaltung deiner Leads in unserem CRM-Systems, um den Verkaufsprozess effektiv zu verfolgen und Informationen zu dokumentieren. • Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, deine innovativen Ideen zur Optimierung von internen Sales Projekten einzubringen und bei deren Umsetzung aktiv mitzuwirken.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Telesales/Telemarketing: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Remote-Bereich. • Du musst kein IT-Profi sein, aber ein grundlegendes Interesse an neuen Technologien, insbesondere Künstlicher Intelligenz, ist wünschenswert. • Eine Affinität für den B2B-Vertrieb sollte vorhanden sein. • Du suchst eine dauerhafte Tätigkeit und möchtest dich im Telesales etablieren • Du hast Erfahrung im Homeoffice und bist in der Lage, dich eigenständig zu organisieren und zu motivieren. • Du bist zielstrebig und verlierst deine Ziele nicht aus den Augen. • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation und Überzeugung auf Deutsch sind ein Muss
