• Werde Teil von Finmatics als Senior Digital Marketing Manager und leite unsere Conversion-Rate-Optimierungsbemühungen im B2B-SaaS-Bereich • In dieser Rolle nutzt du deine Expertise im Performance Marketing und in der fortgeschrittenen Datenanalyse, um: Lead-Generierungsstrategien zu verbessern, Landing Pages zu optimieren, die Entwicklung/Umsetzung unserer Paid-Media-Strategien zu übernehmen • Deine Aufgaben: Strategieentwicklung, Optimierung, Performance-Monitoring, Budgetmanagement, Zusammenarbeit
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing, mit Fokus auf Paid Media und CRO, idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Bereich • Fundierte Expertise in der Verwaltung von Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads und anderen PPC-Plattformen sowie in Conversion-Rate-Optimierung • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Daten und Erkenntnisse klar und verständlich an Stakeholder zu präsentieren • Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch • Sicherer Umgang mit GA-4, G-Ads & GND-Networks, HubSpot Enterprise, Webflow CMS, Marketing-Automation-Tools und anderen relevanten Technologien • Erfahrung mit SEO und Content-Marketing (Bonus)
