• About finmid • finmid's mission is to enable software companies to reimagine how their business customers access capital. • We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, based in Berlin or remotely. • You will be responsible for supporting our GTM team and partnering with sales leadership to align company objectives with revenue goals. • You’ll be the strategic driver of processes that optimize sales, marketing, and customer success operations. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle. • Align GTM goals with the company’s overall revenue objectives. • Create and refine workflows for seamless processes between sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles. • Experience working in a high-growth environment, particularly in fintech or SaaS. • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot. • Analytical mindset with experience in developing reports and dashboards to track revenue performance. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. • Can-do' attitude, along with an optimistic and solution-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to challenges.
