Description

• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies, emphasizing analytics and reporting in GA4 and various marketing platforms. • Consult clients on cross-channel integration solutions to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach. • Lead the client engagement strategic direction from ideation to reporting, collaborating closely with clients. • Work closely with sales and project management teams to set client strategic plans. • Map out configurations and reporting structures tailored to the unique needs of nonprofit clients. • Demonstrate expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Looker Studio. • Deliver strategic insights using data in marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting, with a focus on nonprofit and for-good sectors. • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights. • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio. • Basic familiarity with data layers, Javascript, HTML, and SQL. • Proven experience collaborating with nonprofit clients, understanding their unique missions, and tailoring analytics and reporting strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
