📋 Description
• Process year end data files and year end reports • Ensures QC and timely processing of year-end statements and reporting to IRS • Assists with year end communications to clients and internal units • Conducts business process evaluations • Identifies problems and defines business process requirements • Creates reports and track trends • Regularly influences department processes and procedures • Mentors and advises less experienced analysts
🎯 Requirements
• BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4-8 years of directly related experience • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Analytical skills • Knowledge of general business environment/operation and general cost benefit awareness • Business acumen
