Description
• Firstbase.io is on a mission to build an “All-In-One Company OS” for global founders. • Work with a cross-functional team in product planning, design, and development. • Participate in full product lifecycle including research, roadmap, PRDs, sprint planning, and metrics analysis. • Lead key consumer-facing features for Start and Compliance squads, central to founders' success. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts for new product experiences and improvements. • Conduct customer research to align development with founders' evolving needs. • Build and maintain reporting dashboards with KPIs to inform decision-making.
Requirements
• Be based in a LatAm country (although the position is remote) • At least 4 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional squads. • Proven experience in leading the end-to-end development of products, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and go-to-market strategy. • Experience communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and Government entities, to ensure alignment and successful collaboration. • Ideally possess a strong background in building complex products, such as fintech or compliance solutions, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and user experience. • Eager to engage with technical concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and drive product development. • Willing to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success. • Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment.
