Description

• firsthand supports individuals living with SMI (serious mental illness). • Our holistic approach includes a team of peer recovery specialists, benefits specialists and clinicians. • We focus on meeting each individual where they are and support them in obtaining socio-economic assistance. • As an analytics engineer, you will be responsible for implementing new analytics infrastructure and improving existing systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in dbt, SQL (snowflake ideally), git, and bash. • A team player mentality and a desire to work in a fast paced in environment where we are constantly shipping high value work. • Previous experience working with medical claims data, risk adjustment experience is a nice to have. • Comfort both building dashboards and doing deep-dive analysis. • 3+ years experience working with dbt, advanced SQL, and git. • 1+ year of working with medical claims data.
