• We are seeking a versatile and innovative Full-Stack Designer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping the visual and interactive elements of the FirstPrinciples Foundation's digital presence, including our website, research hub, marketing materials, and other design needs. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong technical background, capable of developing everything from marketing templates to complex, interactive web elements that explain advanced physics concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in UI/UX design, web development, or digital marketing are a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a full-stack design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX projects, interactive digital content, and digital materials. • Proven experience in designing for scientific, educational, or complex technical content is highly desirable. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web development frameworks. • Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail and a user-centered approach. • Ability to create complex interactive elements and multimedia content, including animations and simulations. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
