• Join a talented and experienced delivery team focused on implementing payment systems to Clients • Participate in requirements specification and configuration • Support the project team and drive successful deliveries of payment processing projects • Elicit and translate Client/product requirements into specifications • Prepare and lead workshops with Clients • Observe and conduct requirements’ life cycle management • Participate in user interface design, configuration, and review • Ensure high quality of the solution by verifying acceptance criteria • Create and maintain documentation in the form of specifications and models • Prepare and conduct functional presentations, demos, and trainings • Support the project team in daily functioning
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience in functional/business analysis and/or solution design • Affinity with business analysis standards • High analytical skills with an eye for detail • Strong self-organization and self-discipline • High business ethics • Ability to perform well on your own and as a part of a bigger team • Very good written and spoken English (B2/C1) • Basic SQL knowledge (nice to have) • Affinity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, LeSS, Safe, Kanban) (nice to have) • Proven experience in payments, preferably in SWIFT, SEPA, and Faster Payments (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of UML and working knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN compliant) (nice to have)
