• Every day, our teams innovate across the world of finance. • We collaborate to work smarter, while making a difference. • We believe in diversity and inclusivity, giving a voice to everyone on the team. • And we celebrate our success together. • As a Programmer Analyst, you’ll help develop new fintech products that will change the way the world pays, banks and invests. • This could involve working with bleeding edge technology while coding, implementing, maintaining and supporting software applications. • FIS® Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a premier commercial lending and loan servicing solution that enables timely decision-making, reduces operating costs, improves data quality and delivers advanced analytics. • Works under general direction of middle or senior level management. • Manages and mentors a team of Programmers/Analysts. • Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates. • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. • Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs and write technical specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development • LANSA for iSeries; Visual LANSA; ACBS; SQL; AS400, iSeries • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with clients • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles. • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines. • A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience. • Experience and understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean (added bonus) • Experience with ETL tools or data conversion (added bonus)
