• You will hunt new logos and manage existing relationship in Regional and Community banking accounts, with executive presence and knowledge • You will engage with the Executive and C-Suite level. This is very much a strategic selling role and complex, consultative selling capabilities are a must. • You will lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, develop pricing, and structure deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for FIS. • Growing new business by selling solutions to Regional and Community banking accounts based within the United States. This is a new logo job and we will give you the support, lead generation and verticalization focus to ensure you are selling and not just cold-calling • Researching and understanding the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges • Communicating recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective company • Having active involvement throughout the implementation phase with each new customer to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue • Building a professional network in order to build a pipeline of business prospects • Communicating accurate and timely forecasts to multiple levels of management • Effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external resources to deliver results • Actively participating in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, relevant trade shows and campaigns • Meeting required sales/revenue targets
• 5+ years of strategic selling into Regional and Community banking accounts • 5+ years of high performing sales experience (Minimum) • Experience calling on C-Suite and Accounting/Finance professionals • Expert Negotiation Skills • Expert Presentation Skills • Expert Communication Skills • Fintech experience - Added bonus if you have:
