• An understanding of card program management, chargeback, fraud prevention, mobile and instant payments • Transactional switch, ATM Sw management, understanding of e-commerce gateway systems • A client-focused approach and experience supporting a sales team • Familiarity with competitors and their products and services • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in payments industry or technician related experience • Fluent in Spanish and English
