📋 Description
• Perform primary administration support for Broadcom DX NetOps Performance Management and various monitoring systems. • Remediate application/service issues or problems with assets in monitoring. • Partner with support teams for proper monitoring of systems. • Perform vendor engagement activities and collaborate to resolve application issues. • Lead in assigned projects and work efforts. • Complete ticket assigned work and perform vulnerability remediations. • Create technical documentation of solutions. • Manage and maintain OS level patching schedules. • Prepare applications and systems for OS level patching and validate functionality. • Train team members and engineers on monitoring solutions and services.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of monitoring solutions for network, compute, and application monitoring. • Significant experience and knowledge supporting DX NetOps Performance Management. • Support experience and knowledge for DX NFA is a bonus. • Broad knowledge of networking and computing technologies and platforms. • Solid grasp of ITSM concepts, framework, and information technology operations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient project management abilities. • Broad knowledge of new technologies and industry trends. • Basic programming skills and experience with Service Now and OpenText NA (formerly HPNA) are a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Efficient organizational skills. • Positive and optimistic outlook with a strong work ethic.
