Description

• Oversee the design and delivery of a multi-petabyte data environment that adheres to the strictest data security standards • Develop and implement the strategy for delivering a new data and AI platform for the company • Ensure that the data environment remains in compliance with the latest corporate, legal, regulatory and international standards for data protection and privacy • Responsible for setting the standards and overall approach to data pipelines, formats, naming conventions and the enterprise data and model asset catalogue(s) • Design and implement a new customer core for all customer/consumer related data

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the data, AI, and technology sectors, preferably within the financial services industry, with experience in managing engineering delivery teams and providing developer tools for working with data security, curation and cataloguing. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving high performance and achieving strategic goals. • Exceptional skills in influencing and managing relationships with senior executives, vendors, and other key stakeholders. • Strong understanding of data and AI space and how it is evolving to support the auto-detection and remediation of PII, PCI and other sensitive data. • Advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
