• Remote position, but must reside near Allentown, PA • Lead project execution and management operations • Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget for adherence • Manage project billing and client communications • Proactively contact potential clients and market services • Mentor and guide team members for enhanced productivity • Uphold professional performance standards
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering • 10+ years transportation design and project management experience • Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain PE license • Prior staff management preferred • Client relationship and business development • Experience with MS Office programs
