• Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions. • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection. • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.
🎯 Requirements
• Highly desirable is appliance repair and troubleshooting experience. • Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair. • Registered Electrical Licence essential (GAS licence, advantageous). • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills. • Ability to provide premium customer service. • Clean criminal history and driver’s license. • Must be physically fit and healthy - pre-employment medical conducted.
