📋 Description
• Be the subject matter expert for F&P and DCS within SDA community • Initiate, develop, and attend key designer networking events • Ensure seamless, brand-aligned representation of F&P’s value proposition • Plan and execute local design development strategy with key specifiers • Provide regular reporting updates on key specifiers • Deliver product training tailored to business benefit and competitive advantage
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the appliance or building industry • Marketing, Business, or Interior Design preferred with relevant design credentials (AKBD, CKD, Leed AP) • Working experience with interior/kitchen designers and architects • Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships to deliver quality results • Strong creative & technical design skills, including ability to read floor plans • Strong project planning and management experience • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
