• Join our dynamic and fast-growing scale-up company, a global leader in specialized multivitamins for bariatric surgery patients. • As an Area Sales Specialist at FitForMe you are an integral part of our Benelux Sales team. • You will play a key role in expanding our presence within the healthcare sector by managing and growing existing strategic accounts while acquiring new ones. • Your day-to-day: • Visit healthcare professionals (bariatric surgeons, doctors, dietitians, nurse specialists, etc.) in hospitals across the Netherlands. • Maintain and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the bariatric field. • Represent FitForMe and our products in meetings and discussions with healthcare professionals. • Take ownership of your budgets and targets, ensuring continuous business growth. • Keep detailed records and reports while handling administrative tasks with precision. • Attend team meetings at our offices in Rotterdam and/or Leuven. • Travel frequently (approximately 75% of the time) and occasionally work evenings or weekends to attend international congresses.
• Work experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. • Background in the medical, pharmaceutical, or nutrition industry is a plus. • Languages: excellent communication skills in Dutch (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B2/advanced). • Character Traits: you are honest, open, and transparent; ethical conduct is your priority. • Mobility: you have a valid driving license. • You’ll score extra points if you have the following: • Language proficiency in Danish or Norwegian. • Affinity with health and nutrition; Experience with B2B on-site sales. • You enjoy working in a small team.
