📋 Description
• Looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to support franchisees in executing pre-sale campaigns. • This role requires occasional travel to headquarters and franchise locations during pre-sale period. • Guide franchisees through pre-sale with coaching on successful membership sales campaigns. • Develop sales & marketing strategies and help franchisees generate awareness and demand. • Coach franchisees on best practices for membership selling and maximizing revenue. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for success. • Provide training and support to franchise sales teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in generating pre-sale memberships for fitness businesses. • 5+ years of experience in fitness sales and marketing, preferably in franchise or multi-location operations. • Expertise in pre-sale strategies, digital marketing, and community engagement for fitness businesses. • Ability to analyze marketing and sales data to refine and optimize pre-sale performance. • Strong sales coaching background, with experience training teams on effective consultative selling techniques. • Exceptional communication skills to motivate and guide franchisees.
