Description
• Leverage your artistic expertise to create innovative and dynamic visual content across our product, social media channels, emails, and website. • Define and lead visual design initiatives, collaborating across departments to enhance creativity and operational efficiency. • Deeply understand our audience, gathering insights to advocate for their needs in design decisions and ensuring designs resonate with them. • Ensure all visual content aligns with our branding guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and compelling brand identity. • Design impactful presentation decks and infographics for events such as meetings, ensuring clarity and visual appeal. • Edit videos with precision for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adding value where possible. • Facilitate clear communication and alignment within your team and across functions, driving continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
• Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing product and brand design. • Mastery of design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, AI design tools, and Google Slides. • Experience with video editing software is also a bonus. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conceptualize, articulate, and bring creative ideas to life. • In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a proven track record of creating polished, professional designs. • Strong multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines. • A passion for crafting visually compelling content that simplifies and conveys complex ideas, elevating the user experience.
