Description

• Play a critical role in driving FitXR’s people agenda. • Set the direction and priorities for the People and Talent team. • Collaborate with SLT to align the people and talent agenda with company goals. • Own the end-to-end hiring process for executive roles. • Lead workforce planning and ensure hiring priorities align with business needs. • Develop confident managers and leaders, through bespoke training programs. • Champion initiatives that support FitXR’s position as a leader in remote working practices. • Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment. • Ensure HR compliance with local employment laws, including sponsorship and cross-regional employment legislation.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior People and Talent leadership role, within a tech-driven environment, and management of a small team. • Proven track record in executive-level recruitment and managing hiring processes for critical business roles. • Comfortable flexing between a strategic People and Talent role, and being hands-on role across both day to day recruitment, people projects and BAU. • Experience in shaping and fostering a high-performance, feedback-driven culture. • Experience working across multiple regions and building and driving culture within a remote environment.
