• Create aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound design flows that captivate and engage users • Develop and maintain a structured design library to streamline design processes and boost efficiency across teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs • Utilize your animation and prototyping skills to bring interactions to life, enhancing the overall user experience
Requirements
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create clean, attractive, and engaging designs that enhance user experience • Experience working on VR projects • Thrive in a startup environment where the pace is fast and the expectations are high • Proficiency in Figma, as well as experience with animation and prototyping tools like After Effects and Bezi, is highly desirable • If you incorporate AI tools into your design process, that's a significant plus • Excellent organisational skills with a proven track record in developing design systems and libraries • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and time management skills
