• What We're Looking For: • Are you an energetic self-starter who wants to build something big and impactful? • This role requires a deep and intuitive understanding of the FinTech space. • You must know the ins and outs of customer acquisition and compliance. • You will be working closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations, Customer Care, and Engineering. • We are an early-stage startup and expect every member of our team to roll up their sleeves.

Requirements

• At least 3 years+ of project management experience leading complex product development in a fast-moving, unstructured, or startup environment. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. • Broad understanding of business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions. • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies. • Experience with JIRA • A positive can-do attitude. • Organized and results-oriented. • A BA/BS degree.
