• Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software. • Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. • We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment. • Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager. • Lead the integration roadmap for a recent acquisition with our Data Lake and APIs. • Own the real-time and historical API product roadmap. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, partners development, and customer success. • Ensure data products meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and usability.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or data analytics; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on owning data platform growth and enabling building B2B analytics products. • Experience successfully building and scaling APIs for internal and external consumers and API monetization. • Strong hands-on experience working with data processing technologies, cloud data warehousing solutions, and cloud platforms. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
