Accelerate your career by Joining Flapen as Design Manager! • This role is key in shaping brand identity, refining processes, managing workflows, and leading a design team to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with our marketing goals. • Upholding brand’s identity through logo design, design elements, and typography while contributing & maintaining the standards across all design projects ensuring a consistent look and feel. • Establishing internal processes, setting OKRs, and developing strategies to enhance the design team's productivity. • Leading brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, providing direction and motivation to teams of graphic designers, copywriters, social-media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers etc. to effectively utilize their talents, while revising content, approving or rejecting ideas, and offering feedback/final approvals • Collaborate with different teams to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our creative approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a creative manager/director or in a similar creative role • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc. • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print • Strong background in graphic design and a portfolio of creative work for Amazon Platform • Creative Vision and Conceptualization • Digital and eCommerce Expertise • Project Management and Leadership • Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools
