📋 Description
• Act as a technical guide for the team, providing direction on architecture, infrastructure, and platform improvements while remaining hands-on with key projects. • Work alongside the development and operations teams to implement and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for our growing system portfolio. • Drive improvements in developer productivity by refining the developer experience, including CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with Security Operations to ensure our platform adheres to best security practices, particularly in managing edge networks and internal systems. • Contribute in the design and execution of the technology roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and business alignment. • Guide and assist the team to follow best practices in infrastructure provisioning, using technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes to automate and manage resources efficiently. • Guide and assist the team to follow best practices in application deployments, using tools like Argo CD. • Be a point of contact for technical troubleshooting, helping the team respond to incidents and maintain system reliability.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development or Operations. • 3+ years of experience in a Platform Engineering or related role. • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable infrastructure solutions. • Senior-level experience with Kubernetes administration, GitOps deployment strategy and cloud architecture. • Demonstrated expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and infrastructure security practices. • Experience with high-quality distributed systems design and management. • Strong technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
