Description

• Act in good faith and with all honesty on behalf of the company’s best interest • Convene any mandatory annual meetings and file the annual returns, to the extent required by the local law • Maintain record of the Statutory Registers, to the extent required by the local law • Assist with opening a local bank account

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in any professional fields such as law, accounting or tax • Willing to learn the local rules and regulations on a local resident director • Must pass background check • Preferably local licensed attorney or accountant • Must reside in Spain
