📋 Description

• We are searching for a Product Designer to join an elite team of industry leaders building an AI platform tailored for the legal sector. • Your work will define how professionals interact with AI as part of their daily workflows, blending intuitive design with powerful functionality. • Craft next-generation interfaces for precision editing, document interaction, and research workflows. • Prototype and experiment with new interaction patterns, pushing the boundaries of what's possible on a platform driven by language and AI. • Lead the full design lifecycle: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished designs. • Collaborate with engineers to refine and deliver responsive, accessible, and scalable solutions. • Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences. • Work iteratively, integrating user feedback and analytics to refine designs. • Define and experiment with new interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows, reshaping how people work with language and data. • Take ownership of design in a company where creativity and experimentation are key to success. • Work on tools that solve real-world challenges, delivering value to demanding, high-impact users. • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious team that values simplicity, innovation, and user delight.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design and prototype innovative solutions. • Experience prototyping and experimenting with novel workflows and interfaces, particularly for dynamic or complex systems. • Proven track record in designing intuitive tools for high-stakes, professional use cases, such as editing or research platforms. • Ability to simplify complex user needs into seamless, efficient workflows. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions. • Strong collaboration skills with engineers to implement designs that maintain a high standard of quality and usability. • Proactive problem-solving skills to thrive in a collaborative environment and experiment with new platforms and patterns. • Mastery of Figma for creating polished designs and scalable design systems.
