•Fleetio is looking for an Engineering Manager focused on Fleet Ops. •Lead our team to build features enhancing fleet operations workflows. •Oversee design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions for our web platform. •Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders. •Develop engineering talent and grow their careers at Fleetio!
Requirements
•2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or as a Tech Lead •Proven experience building React, Ruby-on-Rails applications (preferred) or similar frameworks •Prior experience building SaaS solutions in an engineering capacity (as an engineer or as a technical lead) •Prior experience engaging and building relationship with external vendors or business partners as necessary in an engineering capacity •Strong track record of leading engineers to deliver roadmap initiatives and achieve outcomes •Strong passion and track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineers •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills •Be sure to mention "coffee" in your application, so we know you read this
