📋 Description
• Provide technical guidance and information to customers • Assist customers on complex issues; develop complex product roadmaps • Maintain relationships with product and business teams • Provide technical expertise during product development • Review customer requirements and communicate potential issues • Coordinate product integration efforts with suppliers • Develop and present technical seminars for customers • Provide complex technical assistance to answer customer questions • Define project scope and prepare project plans • Prepare and maintain required documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Education to the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field • 3+ years of similar work experience in a related field • Military experience is preferred • Data Center or equivalent mission critical system experience preferred • Demonstrated experience working with electrical power distribution systems • Three to five years’ experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment is preferred • Knowledge and understanding of UL Standards
