• Develop models for operational service delivery, synthesizing stakeholder input with data analysis to create actionable insights. • Lead teams of business analysts in large-scale transformation projects, overseeing process design, financial modeling, value stream mapping, and business case development. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops with executive leadership, consolidating outputs to develop future-state models and transition plans. • Conduct organizational capability assessments, facilitate workshops, and develop strategic recommendations for healthcare workforce planning. • Define business cases for new initiatives, establishing key evaluation indicators for solution options. • Perform data analysis, including data mining and developing queries from multiple sources to support decision-making. • Support health human resource planning through workforce analytics and data-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience in business analysis, including developing operational service delivery models and stakeholder-driven decision-making frameworks. • 5+ years experience leading business analysts or consultants in large-scale business transformation programs. • 5+ years experience working with complex business architecture, including executive leadership engagement and workshop facilitation. • 5+ years experience conducting organizational capability redesign workshops and strategic planning with senior leadership. • 5+ years experience defining business cases for new initiatives, including financial and operational impact assessments. • 5+ years experience performing data analysis, developing queries, and working with large datasets. • 3+ years experience in health human resources or workforce planning data analytics. • Change Management Certification (Mandatory). • Certification in Workforce Planning and Management (Mandatory).
