Description

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs. • Translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts. • Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language and style guide. • Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets design specifications. • Define and design interactions and animations that enhance the user experience. • Ensure seamless navigation and intuitive user journeys throughout the digital product. • Advocate for user-centric design principles and provide design guidance during the development process. • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs. • Prepare design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development teams. • Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. • Must have strong and in-depth knowledge and experience with Figma. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) • Effective communication and collaboration skills
