🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or backend systems development. • Strong expertise in building and scaling distributed systems for high traffic environments. • Proficiency in cloud platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). • Experience with large-scale data systems (Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Flink) and storage solutions. • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and system monitoring. • Hands-on experience with high-performance serving systems for recommendation or ads platforms is a plus. • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
