📋 Description
• Flipp partners with the largest North American retailers and brands to deliver local promotions and savings to millions of engaged shoppers daily, driving superior returns on investments. • Flipp's mission is crucial. Our Shopper Consideration Platform aids shoppers in deciding what to buy and where to buy it. • You will drive cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance by optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and enabling data-driven decision-making. • This role requires a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and project management skills to assess challenges, develop holistic solutions, and align teams to ensure seamless execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a functional consulting/business analyst role, ideally within the fintech industry. • Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects (e.g. ERP, CRM, or other business applications), with Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred. • Expertise in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing data-informed, technology-driven solutions. • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, drive system implementations, process automation, and operational scalability. • Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details. • Experience leading cross-functional projects, system implementations, and process automation • Excellent communication skill with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for implementation. • Administrator (or plus) certifications in CRM, ERP and/or other systems are preferred. • Certifications in data analytics, automation platforms, or integration technologies are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
