This role is based in Argentina. To apply for this job opportunity, you should live and be allowed to work in Argentina. We are seeking multiple OTM - Oracle Transportation Management Consultants to join our team! As an OTM Consultant in Flo, part of Accenture, you will be responsible for pre-sales tasks, analysis, consulting and execution of logistics services projects related to TMS, WMS, YMS and other solutions that may be decided by mutual agreement in the future. Beyond learning, you will be making real contributions to our business from day one. Working in a fast-paced consulting environment, your goal is to deliver high-value technology solutions together with your international team. As part of the consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects and customers, share your knowledge and insights, learn the latest and greatest technology innovations, and you have the freedom and autonomy to put your creative technical talents to work.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Software Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or Business Administration. A minimum of 4 years of working experience, implementing or configuring OTM/GTM (Experience with another TMS, WMS or ERP can be considered). Good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain processes and solutions Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel Strong presentation and communication skills Able to clearly communicate technical and business concepts to non-technical audiences Able to persuade and influence stakeholders, and know when to step back Results-oriented, love to work in a team and have great planning and organizing skills
