Description

• The Flooid Business Analyst (“BA”) works in an Agile environment as part of a multi-discipline team to identify and manage business requirements through their life cycle. • The BA documents processes and requirements to ensure smooth workflow and fosters an atmosphere of strong communication to allow consensus building on feature priorities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with project methodologies and knowledge of Agile software development techniques, such as defining user stories and acceptance criteria. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge opinions when necessary. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders from across the business. • Advanced oral and written communication skills focused on attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. • Experience working with external clients and third parties. • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment desired.
