Description
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing physical and virtual events and gifting campaigns. • Support Field and Event Marketing teams. • Work closely with the Sr. Global Events Manager and Sr. Field Marketing Manager. • Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role. • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing physical and virtual events. • Experience managing booth set-up at industry events. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. • Proficient in event management software. • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies. • Creative problem-solving abilities. • Experience working cross-functionally. • Ability to work flexible hours during event days. • Strong negotiation skills. • Experience with budgeting and financial management. • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing. • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
