Description

• The Regional Sales Manager leads execution of FFP’s sales initiatives within a regional geography • Develops and implements an annual region plan to acquire new customers • Grows the existing customer base and distributor network to maximize market reach for FFP’s foodservice products • Cultivates strong relationships with key customers and distributors across functional areas • Executes national and account-specific programs within the region • Provides timely, accurate sales forecasts and reporting through corporate systems • Travels throughout assigned region to conduct new business sales calls and distributor engagements

Requirements

• Education: bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of proven success in foodservice sales and distribution; dispensed beverage sales is a plus. • Established network of relationships with foodservice distributors, multi-unit, and large leverage operators in the restaurant as well as convenience store segments. • Demonstrated proficiency in complex sales negotiations. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Mastery of organization, presentation, and planning skills. • Proven track record of consistently achieving annual sales objectives. • Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-growing business environment where skills/abilities were stretched. • Entrepreneurial mindset with adept problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage available resources independently, using available resources with minimal direction. • Proven ability to achieve results through influence without direct management responsibility. • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as CRM (preferably Salesforce) • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, including overnight stays. • Successful completion of background check and proof of a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
