• Sales and Business Development leader to help grow and capture energy storage opportunities • Shape the go-to-market and sales plans • Assess and prioritize sales opportunities • Drive engagement with key stakeholders • Manage risks and opportunities for effective Profit & Loss Management • Act as a servant leader by providing technical and commercial advice
• Master’s degree or higher • Minimum 10 years of sales, technical, or commercial experience • Track record in building up a sales team • Executive level stakeholder relationships • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce • Fluent English (further languages a plus)
• Drive market intimacy with a focus on Poland and Eastern Europe • Define go-to-market strategy • Build relationships with key customers and partners • Own the three-year sales plan for the region • Represent Fluence at industry conferences • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
