📋 Description

• The Finance Manager will be a strategic leader overseeing FluentPet's financial operations and strategy. • This role includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support our growth and profitability. • Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, overseeing financial transactions, and collaborating on strategic decisions. • Weekly tasks involve reviewing payroll, preparing financial reports, and monitoring inventory levels. • Monthly duties include preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably within the tech or consumer products sectors. • Proven track record of success in facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization. • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations are essential. • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. • In-depth knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and standards. • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in financial software and systems. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Previous experience working with US-based clients preferred. • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software. • Reports Management and Data
