Description

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver innovative products with an excellent value proposition • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineers, UI/UX team, and business owners to define specifications and communicate project status • Responsible for feature trade-offs and prioritization during product development • Provide management visibility into project progress and support effective decision-making • Organize and conduct periodic project reviews with key stakeholders • Understand the domain, prioritize, and resolve issues by asking the right questions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Engineering background a bonus • Experience working directly with Executives • Minimum 5+ years product management experience • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels • Experience working with global product teams and engineers • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to influence change and build stakeholder support • Strong negotiation skills and ability to get results within a matrix project organization • Strong verbal presentation and written skills • Self-starter with high energy level
