Description
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, • Streamline and automate financial processes, • Lead and mentor the finance team, • Oversee revenue recognition, credit control, and debt collection, • Manage payroll, project costs, overhead expenses, • Monitor bank accounts, cash flows, and banking products, • Prepare management reports, • Manage relationships with accounting and tax firms,
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role in the IT industry • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations • Experience in managing and optimizing financial processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proven leadership and team management abilities • Fluent both Polish and English
