• Flying Bisons is a Digital Consulting & Delivery company based in Warsaw. • Seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to drive strategic initiatives. • Ideal candidate will design and implement HR policies, collaborating with leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR mastery, particularly in the consulting, digital and technology sectors with a proven track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact, preferred in 150+ employee organisations • Proven experience in leading transformation aligned with business goals • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels • Experience creating and implementing processes and programs focused on talent development and retention • Skilled in coaching and developing leadership at all organizational levels • Ability to cultivate and maintain high energy across organizations • Fluent both Polish and English • Previous experience as a coach or trainer is a plus
