Description

• Leading and managing the project management team to deliver high-quality digital products and platforms • Establishing, upgrading, and enforcing project management standards, procedures, and best practices • Implementing and overseeing the use of Jira for all projects, ensuring adherence to Scrum/Agile workflows • Tracking and monitoring project progress, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines • Conducting regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project status, address challenges, and align on priorities • Identifying and mitigating risks to project success, implementing corrective actions as necessary • Analyzing project performance data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency • Coaching and mentoring project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment • Reporting on project status and performance to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in the consulting, digital and technology sectors • Experience working on projects in Europe and the Middle East • Exceptional leadership and team management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational skills • Experience in establishing and upgrading project management standards and procedures • Expertise in project management software and tools, such as Jira Software Management, Jira Work Management, Confluence • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2)
